Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

GERMANY
Shipping to German islands is excluded.
Shipping costs(including legal value added tax)
Small items are shipped by UPS = 4,95 €

For the shipment of bulky goods (shipping) we charge as follows:
Boards up to approx. 60kg are shipped with UPS = 14,90 €
Boards weighing more than 60kg are shipped with a forwarding agency of our choice = 14,90 € 

EUROPE: AUSTRIA & NETHERLANDS
Shipping costs(including VAT)
Small parts are shipped with the UPS = 8,95 €

For the shipment of bulky goods (forwarding) we charge as follows:
Boards up to approx. 60kg are shipped with UPS = 24,90 €
Boards with small parts up to approx. 60kg are shipped with UPS = 24,90 €
Boards weighing more than 60kg are shipped with a forwarding agency of our choice = 24,90 €

The order may be divided into several packages / partial deliveries and arrive with a time delay.
Example: An order with a total weight of 50kg will be divided into 2x 25kg UPS packages.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Delivery times

Our Standard Delivery for Germany gets your goods to you between 3 - 5 day after we have received your payment of the order.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
